These Terms of Service govern all purchases and use of the DEKAXI website. By accessing or using this site, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

Orders & Contract

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. DEKAXI reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order. A binding contract is formed upon issuance of an order confirmation email.

Custom & Made-to-Measure Orders

All products are custom-made to order. Orders may be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, production commences and no cancellations or refunds will be accepted. Customers are responsible for verifying all measurements and specifications before submission. Modification requests must be submitted via email within 24 hours of ordering. DEKAXI is not liable for issues arising from inaccurate information provided by the customer.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD. DEKAXI reserves the right to modify prices at any time; confirmed orders are not affected. Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, designs, and branding, is the property of DEKAXI and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DEKAXI shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or purchase of products.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. In the event of a dispute, both parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation.
