All Products Are Custom-Made

All products at DEKAXI are made to customer specifications, including custom sizing and style selections. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Order Cancellation & Refund

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, production begins and no refunds can be issued. For any modifications, please email dekaxi@dtctk.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

Manufacturing Defects

If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or significant deviation from your order specifications, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will prioritize a remake or full refund.
